01
Requirement confirmation:
Firstly, hold a meeting or communication with the OEM/ODM manufacturer to clarify your product requirements and specifications. You can provide your own design and specifications (OEM service), or customize on the basis of the manufacturer (ODM service).
02
Design and Development:
The manufacturer will start the design and development work according to your needs. If you choose OEM service, the manufacturer will develop according to the design and specifications you provide. If you choose ODM services, the manufacturer will develop them based on their own design and allow you to customize them.
03
Sample production and confirmation:
Once the design and development are completed, the manufacturer will produce samples. These samples will serve as a reference for product quality and performance. You will receive the sample and conduct testing and evaluation on it. If you are satisfied with the sample, you can proceed to the next step. If you need to modify or improve the sample, you can provide feedback to the manufacturer and request modifications.
04
Production and manufacturing:
Once the samples are approved, the manufacturer will begin the formal production and manufacturing process. They will purchase raw materials, assemble and test products.
05
Quality control:
Throughout the entire production process, manufacturers will implement strict quality control measures to ensure that products meet specifications and standards.
06
Packaging and delivery:
After the product is manufactured, the manufacturer will package it and prepare it for shipment. You can discuss logistics and delivery methods with the manufacturer to ensure that the products arrive at their destination on time.
